Description

The DLF-82 wire feeder is the ideal feeder to pair with Flextec power sources for *Pulsed MIG, as well as CV-MIG, welding applications. Designed to combine the latest welding innovation with easy, operator-focused control features, this wire feeder/power source solution delivers the benchmark of simplicity and performance.

  • Simple to Use – For synergic setup, choose desired weld process, wire type, wire diameter and gas type.
  • Synergic weld modes – one knob control. Set higher wire feed speeds for thicker materials and lower wire feed speeds for thinner materials. Voltage is automatically adjusted. (requires synergic compatible Flextec)
  • Pulsed MIG Support – with pulse supporting Flextec power source – lower spatter, greater puddle control. (requires pulse compatible Flextec)
  • Auto Settings – run-in speed, pre-flow, post-flow, burn-back are auto-set based on setup configuration. (requires auto-settings compatible Flextec)
  • Memories – up to four stored weld schedules for easy changes between different welds. Easily configurable from 1-4 memories.
  • Limits/Lockouts – reduces chance of accidental welding out of procedure
  • MaxTrac Wire Drive – proven performance, consistent and reliable wire feeding
  • Customizable Start and Crater Settings – greater control over weld profile at start and end of weld.
