Description
Red-D-Arc offers fully automated TIG cladding welding systems for vertical valve-cladding applications. Complete turnkey packages include a wire-feed unit as well as a standard touch-programmable, cold-wire pulsed-TIG welding power source with an optional hot-wire system available for applications where higher deposition rates are required.

Additional Features
The vertical valve-cladding system incorporates both a 10 x 13 manipulator and 15-ton floor turntable, and an optional additional turntable or welding positioner is available for increased productivity. The manipulator is fitted with heavy-duty motorized slides with 90 and 180 degree rotation capability to attach the welding-wire-feed unit and optional Continuous Rotation System (CRS) welding head. Both the manipulator and floor turntable are equipped with pre-heat option and anti-backlash gearbox design.
All cladding systems are controlled by a KEY 1250 fully-integrated touch-screen PC controller. All machine functions are controlled via the PC or hand-held remote pendant and functions can be either pre-set or adjusted during the welding cycle. The system provides display values, alarms and system parameters through the live-welder display and editor functions to automatically, clad multiple and cross bore options.
