Submerged Arc Welders

 

The primary advantages of submerged arc welding are efficiency and quality. When large amounts of filler material are required, the sub arc process provides high deposition rates with deep weld penetration.

Red-D-Arc provides AC/DC power sources from 400 to 1,500 amps, plus single and tandem sub-arc welding heads, wire feeders, control systems, flux management, and weld monitoring cameras. We also offer sub-arc tractors and positioning equipment. Our submerged arc power sources use advanced digital process control for faster welds, better quality, and improved efficiency in single or multi-arc setups.
